Welcome to Sendcoach! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access and use of our platform, tools, and services (“Services”) to assist student-athletes and their families in outreach to college coaches through Gmail integration.
By using Sendcoach, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use our Services.
Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old to use Sendcoach. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the consent of a parent or guardian.
Account Registration: You agree to provide accurate information when creating an account with Sendcoach. You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account, and for all activities under your account.
License to Use: Sendcoach grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Services for personal use only. You may not sublicense, transfer, or resell the Services to any third party.
Gmail Integration: Sendcoach uses Gmail API integration to assist in sending emails to college coaches. By connecting your Gmail account to Sendcoach, you grant us permission to access certain Gmail data solely to perform the Services. All usage is in compliance with Google’s Limited Use policy, and we do not access your Gmail data for any purpose other than providing the core functions of Sendcoach.

Compliance: You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of Sendcoach complies with all applicable laws, including any NCAA or other athletic association rules regarding recruitment and communications.
Data Accuracy: Sendcoach does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of contact information provided for college coaches and cannot be held liable for any miscommunication or errors in data.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of information, including Gmail data, is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Google’s Limited Use requirements. By using Sendcoach, you acknowledge and agree to our Privacy Policy.
Fees: Sendcoach may offer subscription-based Services. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described during checkout.
Billing: Subscription fees will be billed in advance on a recurring basis, according to the subscription plan you select. All fees are non-refundable.
Changes and Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.
Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Termination will take effect within 30 days of your request.
Termination by Sendcoach: Sendcoach reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine that your use of the Services poses a risk to us or to other users.
Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and we may delete all associated data, except as required by law or our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sendcoach and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, incurred as a result of your use of the Services.
Sendcoach provides its Services on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Sendcoach may modify these Terms at any time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you and provide an opportunity to review the changes. By continuing to use Sendcoach after changes are made, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of Sendcoach will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delaware.
